Würth Group welcomes 75,000th employee at Würth Brazil

Her first working day had a surprise in store for new sales representative Juliana Aragão – she was welcomed as the 75,000th employee of the globally operating Würth Group: ”I always wanted to work in an internationally active business such as Würth and am very happy that I have been given the chance to do so.“ As telesales rep she will look after Würth customers working in the Automotive Division in the future.

Despite an increased focus on e-business and branch office expansion, the Würth Group considers direct selling to be the mainstay among its various sales channels. One of Würth’s success factors is considering customers as equal partners. The Würth Group has more than 46,000 sales representatives on board who maintain personal relationships with more than 3.5 million customers worldwide and take care of their needs.
