Changes in the Central Management Board of the Würth Group

On 1 February 2025, the Central Management Board of the Würth Group will be restructured: Dr. Jan Allmann (41), Member of the Central Management Board, will leave the Group on the best of terms and of his own accord.

Since joining the Würth Group in 2016, Dr. Jan Allmann has contributed greatly to the Würth Group’s successful growth over the years. “We are very grateful for his work and dedication and wish him all the best for the future,” said Sebastian Würth, Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Würth Group.

With regard to the future growth of the company, the Central Management Board will be expanded to seven members. The business unit Würth Line Craft, which has so far been headed by Dr. Jan Allmann, will be divided into different regions: In the future, Norbert Heckmann (57) will be responsible for Europe, Tom O’Neill (54) for North America, while the regions Asia, South America, Africa and Oceania will be headed by Dr. Reiner Specht (59).

All colleagues have been working as Executive Vice Presidents, who are responsible for the operational management of the Würth Group. Norbert Heckmann is also Chairman of the Management of Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG; Dr. Reiner Specht has been a deputy member of the Central Management Board of the Würth Group.
