Changes in Würth Group Advisory Board

Summary

Markus Sontheimer is a new member of the Advisory Board of the Würth Group. He was appointed to the Advisory Board by the Supervisory Board of the Würth Group’s Family Trusts on 1 January 2022. Markus Sontheimer has been Chief Information and Digital Officer of the Danish facility management provider ISS A/S since June 2021. The listed group employs around 400,000 people and generated annual sales of EUR 9.3 billion in 2020. The name ISS stands for “International Service System”. ISS operates in 77 countries worldwide.

Ina Schlie, member of the supervisory boards of q.beyond AG and Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, left the Advisory Board of the Würth Group on 31 December 2021.

The Advisory Board of the Würth Group, which consists of nine members, is the chief controlling body of the Würth Group. Bettina Würth has chaired the Advisory Board since March 2006.
